- Preparation & Component Assembly: Use the included cardboard template to mark the 24"×15" opening with a 1.5-inch inner border, ensuring a secure fit and waterproof seal. Next, disassemble the integrated RV window by removing the 4 locating screws, taking out the glass and curtain, and peeling off the positioning stickers for easier handling. Finally, install the curtain with the wide side up and narrow (water outlet) side down, secure with tape, and press firmly to align the pull rod groove for smooth operation.
- Sealing & Final Fixing: Place the glass with the DOT mark at the lower right corner (viewed from outside) and secure the RV window frame with tape. Apply sealant around the entire frame edge, then fit the door into the opening. Use the included 16pcs ST2.9×32 screws: first tighten the four corner screws to evenly distribute pressure, then fasten the remaining screws. If resistance is felt, check alignment to avoid thread stripping or frame warping.
